Senior Logistics Developer

该职位来源于猎聘 、Inhouse Logistics includes sub-projects, Line feeding and Factory Feeding. The 3rd industrial hub in China will include different manufacturing and assembly operations, including Chassis assembly, Cab Assembly, Bodyshop and Powertrain, with material flow and logistical setup to support these operations. The project is in the implementation-phase, and you will have a great opportunity to have an impact on the future of logistics for Scania in China. Your role and scope may vary over time according to the needs of the entire Inhouse logistics project. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Logistic Preparation to introduce new parts to new projects and process
• Follow up with central project, R&D, S&M, purchasing and inhouse logistics about the parts and supplier introduction process, ensure logistics requirement, e.g. sequence\batch, variances, supplier import\local, key milestone etc.
• Update plan for every part (PFEP) and figure out material feeding requirement
• Join and coordinate with inhouse engineer or other related stake holders regard of process, flow and modular solution, including information flow
• Design of material flows, processes, and supply methods, as well as information flow
• Introduce, calculate and coordinate business case for new special packaging, inbound flow, inhouse flow, and share with external stake holder, e.g. R&D, S&M, purchasing
• Join the equipment or tools investigations to align with project introduction scenario
• Evaluate new AGV flows
• Implement new lifting tools on logistic process
• Implement new equipment following PEIP flow
• Desing and implement new Package
• Improve feeling rate for packages already implemented
• Solve quality packaging issues
• Control investment related to package Capex and Opex
• Develop Packaging Instructions
• All the task assigned by manager Education and/or Experience
• Experience and/or knowledge within Logistics, in special the Order to Delivery correlated processes and the Planning functional areas
• Academic degree (probably a master of science within Engineering or Logistics)
• Automobile industry background and project background is prior Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Skills in designing and crafting solutions with Analytics and Automation platforms will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to engage effectively with software and process developers and co-work in an Agile setup
• Competence in lean, problem solving, process engineering and project management.
• Software experience in Power BI, CAD is preferred
• Ability to fluently communicate in both Chinese & English, both written and spoken
• Capable of working under pressure
• Ability and willing to learn
• Knowledge in PACK IT
• Ability to use OAS
