Purpose

As Senior Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day logistics operations and coordinating closely with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Reporting to the Assistant Logistics Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, shipping, inventory management and delivery operations. You will work closely with 3PL vendors and internal teams including Sales, Inventory Control and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle order processing, shipping documentation, courier arrangements and delivery tracking
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations with 3PL vendors and share progress updates with internal teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory Control and Customer Service to ensure smooth and aligned logistics operations
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
• Support cycle counts and periodic stocktakes, including investigation of inventory variances
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure ERP/WMS data consistency
• Monitor inbound shipment status and coordinate communications between internal teams and warehouses
• Arrange shipment schedules with regional warehouse contacts when required
• Proactively identify potential delays or operational bottlenecks and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
• Follow up on QC reports and coordinate procedures related to defective product returns and exchanges
• Support continuous improvement of logistics operations and service delivery

Qualification / Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Good communication and coordination skills
• A good team player who can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred
• Japanese proficiency
• English reading and writing skills are a plus
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks proactively
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing business environment
• Dedicated to completing tasks accurately and on time
