Senior Logistics Supervisor

About the role

As a Senior Supervisor at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for overseeing the department's operations
• Business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations
• Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
• Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
• Meetings with customers
• Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues
• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
• Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage
