Senior Luxury Sales Associate

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd as a Luxury Sales Associate. In this full-time role based in Singapore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a high-end retail environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist customers in selecting suitable products that match their needs and preferences.
2. Provide professional advice and guidance on product features, benefits, and recommendations.
3. Handle and process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
4. Restock shelves and maintain proper merchandise displays to ensure an organized sales floor.
5. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a related customer-facing role.
2. Well-groomed, confident, and able to present oneself professionally in a luxury retail environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
