Senior MAC Administrator

Summary:
The Senior MAC Administrator will provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and project assistance for enterprise-wide macOS deployments. The role requires strong expertise in Macintosh enterprise configuration, deployment, maintenance, and security. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage macOS deployment technologies across a global enterprise environment.
• Configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and administer Jamf Pro.
• Manage infrastructure supporting enterprise macOS deployments.
• Provide rapid response and advanced troubleshooting for Mac-related incidents and outages.
• Deliver Tier III technical support to Level II support teams and field engineers.
• Diagnose and resolve macOS deployment failures.
• Perform basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Bash/shell scripts.
• Implement and maintain Mac security policies and system delivery standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate complex Mac issues and develop enterprise-wide solutions.
• Support critical systems, scheduled maintenance, and deployments in a 24x7 operational environment, including on-call support when required.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guides.
• Perform other related technical duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on macOS experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing macOS deployments.
• 4+ years of Jamf experience, OR a Jamf 300 certification.
• 3+ years of change management experience.
• 3+ years of shell/Bash scripting experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant technical support experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with Apple Enterprise Technologies.
• At least 1 year of ServiceNow or an equivalent ticketing system.
• Experience with LDAP and/or Active Directory.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and change management processes.
• Experience with networking, firewalls, and NAT.
• Ability and willingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call/after-hours support rotation.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasay
