Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer with 4–6 years of experience, strong hands-on expertise in AWS AI/ML services and MLOps, to build and manage an Agentic AI system on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build & deploy AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
• Develop and maintain a multi-agent system for extraction, testing, and evaluation.
• Build pipelines to process PDFs, Word docs, images, scanned files, etc.
• Manage databases for storing and retrieving extracted rules.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing.
• Implement MLOps: versioning, monitoring, logging, testing, rollback, and performance tracking.
• Troubleshoot agent failures and improve prompts, workflows, and configurations.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and ML engineers.
• Ensure the system is scalable, secure, cost-optimized, and production-ready.
• Document architecture, workflows, and runbooks.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML, especially Amazon Bedrock & AgentCore.
• Experience building autonomous/multi-agent AI systems.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent communication, and tool/function calling.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, SageMaker, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions.
• Strong MLOps & CI/CD experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with NLP/OCR/LLM-based data extraction.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of ML/LLM evaluation metrics.
• Docker/ECS/EKS experience is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, independence, and ownership mindset.
