We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Computer Vision to develop, train, evaluate, and optimize advanced deep learning models for computer vision applications. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience building ML models from the ground up, working with large-scale datasets, and driving measurable improvements in model performance.

The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in PyTorch-based deep learning, model training, computer vision, and machine learning infrastructure. Experience with synthetic data, simulation environments, camera systems, or rendering frameworks is beneficial but secondary to proven ML model development and training expertise.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, and optimize deep learning models for computer vision applications.

Build and maintain end-to-end machine learning training and evaluation pipelines.

Train models using large-scale datasets and GPU-based compute environments.

Analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements to increase accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.

Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and failure analysis to improve model quality.

Partner with cross-functional engineering and research teams to develop innovative AI solutions.

Develop data processing and model evaluation workflows to support scalable machine learning initiatives.

Improve model generalization through data-driven experimentation and validation.

Contribute to software tools, automation, and infrastructure supporting ML development.

Document methodologies, experiments, and technical findings.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of industry experience developing machine learning solutions.

Proven experience designing, training, and improving deep learning models end-to-end.

Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch.

Experience training models on large-scale datasets using GPU or multi-GPU environments.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and evaluation methodologies.

Strong Python programming skills.

Experience building ML pipelines, data workflows, and model evaluation frameworks.

Experience working in Linux-based development environments.

Familiarity with software development best practices and version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.

Experience with computer vision, image understanding, perception systems, or visual AI applications.

Experience with distributed training and model optimization.

Experience with large-scale AI/ML systems in production environments.

Familiarity with synthetic data generation or simulation-based training environments.

Knowledge of camera systems, imaging technologies, or sensor-based AI applications.
