Senior Machine Operator - Sterile

Job Role:

Sr. Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring sterile production machinery in strict compliance with cGMP, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). This role ensures seamless daily production schedules while strictly adhering to high quality, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and HSE safety standards to mitigate operational risks and prevent contamination.

Job Responsibilities:

• To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Follow the implemented quality system.
• Operate the production equipment and monitor the production process as per SOP and BMR.
• Follow the production schedules.
• Follow the safety procedure.
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to avoid production interruption.
• Train new employees on production process and equipment.
• Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.
• Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
• Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma with Minimum two years of experience in Sterile plant.
• Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, understand the operation process.
• Knowledge with cGMP principles.
