Senior Machine Technician

About the role

Lead maintenance and enhanced engineering standards, focusing on service reliability and the leading and maintaining of air conditions and production machineries. Create strategies to equip staff with skills required by mechanical or engineering standards, and translate established standards to department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities

• Create strategies to equip staff with skills required by mechanical or engineering standards
• Lead maintenance and enhanced engineering standards
• Encourage continuous improvements, focusing on service reliability, leading and maintaining of air conditions and production machineries
• Lead a culture of workplace safety
• Lead cross engineering and mechanical department to enhance maintenance and engineering standards specifically in air conditions and production machineries
• Translate established standards to department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Work with superiors to use new technologies to enhance maintenance processes
• Plan, organize, and manage administrative procedures
• Design and select the desired aircon and refrigeration equipment
• Supervise the installation of equipment or machinery

About you

• Ability to supervise the proper preventive maintenance of equipment or machinery
• Ability to create reports on budget and production statistics
• Ability to evaluate all job orders and concerns
• Ability to supervise technicians on activities
• Ability to manage technician scheduling and assigned designated areas
• Ability to assist technicians on activities
• Ability to conduct daily routine checks on equipment or machinery condition
• Ability to ensure establishment is clean and well-maintained
• Ability to manage all projects and evaluate them regularly
