Senior Machinist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machinist to set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC machines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program and operate CNC machines
• Operate CNC Lathe, Turn-Mill, Milling, Routers, 3-Axis, 4-Axis and 5-Axis machines
• Perform machine setup, tooling, offsets and adjustments
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and GD&T
• Conduct basic QC/dimensional inspection using vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, height gauge, and other precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining and machine-related issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of machining experience in manufacturing / precision engineering
• SKM Level 4 / DKM (Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia) in CNC Machining / Manufacturing, or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
• Able to program, set up and operate CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling and machining parameters
• Experience with Lathe, Turn-Mill, Milling, Routers, 3-Axis, 4-Axis and/or 5-Axis CNC machines
• Basic knowledge of QC/QA measurement and able to use measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier caliper, gauges and height gauge
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with Fanuc / Mazak / Haas or similar CNC control systems is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
