Senior Maintenance Engineer

• Lead and manage complete plant maintenance operations
• Develop long-term maintenance strategies and reliability programs
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Kaizen, RCA)
• Manage maintenance budgets, costs, and spare inventory
• Lead installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and management teams
• Develop and mentor maintenance team and supervisors

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,767.09 per month
