Senior Maintenance Engineer-EPS

该职位来源于猎聘 Be responsible for Production line in site maintenance and support. Compile spare parts list and review according to equipment management procedure. Implement Maintenance KPI achievement (breakdown time & MTTR & MTBF) Be responsible for new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track. Compile and review the relevant maintenance documents for production machine, such as equipment point check list, preventive maintenance list, etc. Implement Equipment TPM and contingency plan. Analyze cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime. Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting. Attend daily fast response meeting and issue track. Implement correction action for nonconforming findings of inner & external audit. Tracks and handles major hazards of equipment. Be responsible for all safety related for maintenance. Completes other work assigned by supervisor.
