Senior Maintenance Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tool room machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain machines such as CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder, EDM, Wire Cut EDM, Radial Drilling Machine, Lathe, Milling Machine, and other tool room equipment.
• Inspect machines regularly to identify wear and potential failures.
• Replace worn or damaged machine components.
• Maintain lubrication schedules and machine calibration.
• Coordinate with the production and tool room teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines.
