SENIOR/ MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

·         LV System Ownership: Manage and maintain the entire facility's Low Voltage grid, standby generators, and synchronizing panels as the registered A4 Chargeman.

·         Fix & Troubleshoot: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and medical gas issues.

·         Preventative Care: Perform routine servicing, calibrations, and predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

·         Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks to junior technicians, and monitor third-party contractors.

·         Safety & Data: Enforce strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) rules and log all work orders.

·         Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building facilities.

·         Troubleshoot and repair maintenance-related issues and equipment breakdowns.

·         Assist with maintenance of generators, air-conditioning, medical gas, and other building systems.

·         Monitor contractors and ensure maintenance works are completed safely.

·         Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures, including LOTO

Job Requirements

·         Must hold a valid ST Chargeman A4 certificate.

·         Preferably with working experience in Hospital or building maintenance.

·         Able to read electrical blueprints, troubleshooting M&E Services, and managing backup power switching.

·         Strong supervision skills and able to react quickly during breakdown situations.

·         Basic knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and communication through emails.

·         Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

·         Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field for maintenance technician
