Senior Management Associate

A senior management associate will be responsible for strategy development, client servicing, media relations, research, content development and provide assistance to train junior team members.

Interest Areas : Technology / Healthcare / F&B / Automotive

KRAs:

• Responsible for planning and implementing integrated-marketing communications programs. This will extend into public relations, research, news releases, media stories coordination.

• Responsible for developing all aspects of communications strategies, plans, and is executed well across key verticals and also aligned with the clients requirements.

• Responsible for leading and servicing the client and managing all day to day operations that are aligned towards the strategic direction across the team.

• Be involved in all the aspects of communications initiatives, creativeness, efficiency that includes developing business presentations for the organizations current and prospective clientele.

• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of quality of work and ensuring successful execution on time.

• Maintain a strong relationship with key media publications, influencers, and monitor ongoing trends, topics, news, and other relevant information.

• Analyse PR results, responses and gaps, and ensure that the key terms of the mandate are delivered in an effective manner

• Develop reports as required

• Support implementation of company initiatives and work closely with management to optimize the effectiveness of the resources and investments.

The Ideal Candidate should:

• Proven work experience in a reputed public relations agency

• Possess strong communication, research & Interpersonal skills

• Highly creative and possess strategic planning skills, exceptional writing and editing skills

• Excellent media relations

• Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions

• Must be highly organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and client teams at all levels

• Flexibility, Determination, and ability to cope under pressure

• Will have to travel on deputation/transfer/assignment to any of the company s branch / liaison offices in India or abroad.
