Senior Management Controller

Job Description- Participation in the preparation of budgets, updates, PMT (Project Management Tool) and rolling forecasts

• Budgetary control and analysis of variances between actual, forecast and budget, proposal of corrective actions
• Development and monthly monitoring of the productivity table by activity -
  Monthly monitoring of operating costs by activity
• Monthly calculation of hourly rates by activity and site supply costs
• Participation in the cost accounting campaign and establishment of annual selling prices
• Updating accounting views of components and selling prices
• Calculation of actual production costs using the CCF (Material Ledger)
• Monitoring of investment authorizations, commitments and related orders -
  Weekly analysis of Industrial Variances (price variances, time variances)
• Analysis of invoices not yet received and supplier return orders
• Analysis of non-production orders and Restart operations to process receipts
• Analyze and validate cycle count discrepancies -
  Participate in monthly and annual closing procedures (calculation of statistical ratios, disbursement)
• Analyze journal entries, analytical allocations, and address anomalies before closing to ensure the reliability of financial and management data by activity -
  Participate in annual statutory audits.

  Requirements:
  Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance/Management Control with 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial setting within a multinational environment.
