Have handled corporate office day to day operations and projects, relocations, office set up and events

Should have soft skills and technical knowledge and experience in handling HVAC, electrical maintenance, CCTV camera and access control

Should be very good at written and verbal communication

Should be having a good knowledge and hands on Excel and PPT

FAS compliance - Fire drill, fire extinguishers refill and replacement

Upkeep of the office facility

MIS management

Tracker management

Coordination with BMS team,

Parking management,

Managing Repair Maintenance,

Managing support staff - Security, office boys, Housing Keeping, etc

Annual Maintenance Contract,

Asset Management,

FM related expenses in Budget control.

Preparing SOP and adherence to SOP

Consumption s inventory -stationery, Coffee machine consumable, HK material, etc

Maintenance of CCTV, Access Control Safety Equipment.

Employee engagement activities

Space management

Biometric Access control

Handling new joiners and exit formalities

Vendor management

Cross function coordination and providing support

Agreement renewal and tracker

Travel management -Air, hotel and fleet

Event managements at HO-providing end to end support for the same

Repair and maintenance

Preparing MIS - Travel, Budget Vs Actual, Accruals/ Provisions/ Fire Ext refill data, Compliance sheet
