Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior Manager / Agile Program Manager to lead enterprise AI platform delivery and AI agent initiatives. The role involves managing multi-team roadmaps, release planning, dependencies, governance, and transitioning AI agents from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI platform roadmaps, sprint/release planning, and cross-team delivery.
• Manage dependencies across AI engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Evaluate AI agent use cases based on business value, data readiness, and risk.
• Establish production-readiness gates covering AI evaluation, security, monitoring, and rollback.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, security, and engineering teams.
• Drive responsible AI practices, governance, auditability, and platform adoption.
• Track KPIs, including adoption, evaluation pass rates, incidents, delivery timelines, and cost.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of program, product, or technical delivery management experience.
• Strong Agile / SAFe delivery, release planning, and dependency management.
• Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and orchestration.
• SQL proficiency and ability to analyze logs, telemetry, and evaluation results.
• Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
• Familiarity with Azure environments, identity, security, secrets management, and enterprise controls.

Preferred Skills

• Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric.
• AI evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, red-teaming, and Responsible AI.
• Production operations, SLOs, incident management, and on-call readiness.
• Financial services or other regulated-industry experience.
