Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead complex customer solutioning initiatives
• Drive architecture and reusable solution patterns
• Mentor AI Solution Leads
• Collaborate with Productization and Delivery organizations
• Shape AI-native operating standards
• Drive strategic healthcare AI opportunities
• Own strategic pipeline visibility and opportunity governance for Solution Engineering
• Partner with GTM leadership on strategic pursuits and account planning
• Drive prioritization of high-value opportunities and resource alignment
• Provide executive-level technical engagement for strategic customer accounts
• Identify market trends and emerging healthcare AI opportunities
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Solid customer-facing experience
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives
• Deep AI engineering and architecture expertise
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and vibe code hands-on using AI-native engineering workflows
• Proven leadership in technical solutioning
• Proven solid executive communication capability
• Proven solid product and design sensibility with an eye for customer-centric experiences
• Proven solid taste for high-quality solution experiences, demos, and user journeys
