Responsibilities

• Provide analytical recommendations to influence product, marketing, and overall business strategy.
• Design and evaluate product and growth experiments backed by solid hypotheses, spanning from early user behavior exploration to multivariate optimizations.
• Partner with growth, product, engineering, and UX teams to provide insights through cohort analysis, user segmentation, and funnel analysis.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts while maintaining strong technical 'hands-on' contributions to complex projects.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring high data quality and low-latency reporting.

You'll Excel in This Role If You

• Have 5-8 years of experience with outstanding SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
• Deconstruct business goals into structured, data-driven workstreams and actionable analytics projects.
• Possess a solid grasp of statistical methods and experiment designs (A/B testing).
• Have hands-on experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Superset, etc.)
• Have a deep understanding of data modeling and experience collaborating on ETL/ELT pipeline design
