Responsibilities

• Responsible for the localization of ZF Products.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify product improvement.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to align localization strategies with overall business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Development of new suppliers in coordination with Purchase department.

Your Profile Your Profile as Commissioning Engineer Senior Manager - Assembly Line -Test Systems

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven experience of NPD (1015 years) in a similar industry of testing equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful localization strategies.
• Strong networking in Indian Automotive OEMs as well as with relevant suppliers.PM experience in a similar industry is a plus.
