Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Insights (12 months contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign analytics, including customer selection, campaign execution, performance tracking and post-campaign analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for campaign, customer and sales performance.
• Oversee campaign fulfilment controls, approvals, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Drive automation and process improvements using Databricks, Power BI and analytics tools.
• Manage analytics assets, data governance, documentation and access controls.
• Partner with business, technology, digital and regional teams on analytics projects and initiatives.
• Ensure accurate, timely and reliable delivery of analytics outputs.
• Lead, coach and develop the analytics team.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business, customer or campaign analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Databricks and Power BI.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of campaign analytics, reporting and data governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven people leadership and team management experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
