Senior Manager, Business Development

Lead the company’s business development strategy and execution, aligning with overall corporate objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities including private and public sector projects.

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, developers, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Drive market research and analysis to inform strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.

Educational Qualifications:

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

·       Having main contractor experience in the construction industry is preferred

Working Experience:

·       Minimum 20 years in business development within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

·       Strong understanding of construction contract types, procurement processes, and industry regulations.

·       Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally.
