Senior Manager Business Development - Science & Technology (S&T) Comms (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Business Development - Science & Technology (S&T) Comms (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will drive growth strategy for advanced communications solutions that support mission-critical operations in complex defense environments.

The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams, internal leadership, and government customers to translate customer needs into actionable opportunities and strategic pursuits.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of defense acquisition cycles, multi-domain sensing and networking, and communications in denied and degraded environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to create strategies for business growth
• Develop customer segment contact plans
• Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external customers
• Analyze and translate customer needs into actionable opportunities
• Communicate key customer requirements to business leadership
• Work on complex problems using sound judgment for solutions
• Present strategic growth opportunities through market analysis

Qualifications

• University Degree with 10 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance required on day one
• Understanding of U.S. military CONOPs for multi-domain sensing and networking
• Experience with DoD acquisitions and 6.2-6.4 funding
• Knowledge of communications in denied and degraded environments
