About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager with strong expertise in data analysis and a proven track record in leading corporate strategy teams. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking to drive business growth, inform decision-making, and steer company-wide strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of strategists and analysts, leveraging data-driven insights to develop and execute impactful corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the corporate strategy team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Use advanced data analysis to identify business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights that inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, communicate, and execute corporate strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the creation of detailed financial models, market analysis, and scenario planning.
• Drive cross-functional projects that require data integration and strategic alignment across departments.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data used for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Present strategic findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, or management consulting.
• Proven experience managing teams focused on strategy and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with financial modeling and market research preferred.
