Senior Manager, Client Solutions

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a fast-paced marketing team during a busy seasonal period. This role is focused on developing integrated, client-facing marketing solutions that combine strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of integrated marketing responses for client requests and proactive pitch opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Planning, and Creative teams to shape effective multi-platform marketing programs.
• Translate business goals into persuasive presentations and written materials that clearly communicate ideas and value.
• Develop decks and supporting content that blend strong narrative structure, creative thinking, and data-informed insights.
• Manage multiple deliverables at once while maintaining quality, accuracy, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure cohesive marketing experiences across paid, owned, and in-store channels.
• Support the team during a high-volume holiday period and help keep projects moving on schedule.

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising, media, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to build visually engaging presentations.
• Excellent creative writing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience turning data and insights into clear, compelling narratives.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions to achieve shared goals.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally in both written and visual formats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a retail media network, agency, or publisher environment.
• 2+ years of experience creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations and visual storytelling materials.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience coaching or guiding others in a collaborative team environment.
• A strong portfolio of client-facing work that demonstrates strategic thinking and creative presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in an environment that values flexibility, teamwork, and thoughtful execution.
