Location: Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business operations and drive growth initiatives.
• Supervise branch and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.

Preferred Profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in lending, credit, collections, or operations will be an advantage.
