Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. To ensure all accounts payable activities are completed as the agreed TAT with 100% accuracy and compliance adherence that includes - Ensure timely and accurate review of invoices processed by the team, Review GST / tax compliance (input credit validation, TDS, etc.) on invoice processing, oversee vendor reconciliations and timely payments and monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and reduce backlog.

2. To take ownership of direct tax compliance with focus on timely deduction, remittance, quarterly TDS filings and issuance of TDS Certificate.

3. To drive Tax Audit by ensuring completion of tax audit (u/s 44AB) within due date, validate form 3CD disclosures and compliance requirements and liaise with auditors for smooth audit closure.

4. To ensure company level monthly, quarterly and annual finalization of books of accounts adhering to accountings policies and standards and as per the due date.

5. To work with the auditors, both internal and external, to ensure quarterly limited review is completed as per the due date.

6. To complete annual statutory audit process as per the agreed timelines ensuring NIL qualification.

7. To be the single point of contact for all financial, accounting and audit related updates and reports

Preferred candidate profile

A person who is an M.Com or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience Finance & Accounting function leading a team preferably from healthcare sector will be suitable.
