- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the courier/logistics sector.
- Develop and implement effective labor compliance programs to minimize risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop policies, procedures, and training materials related to labor compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement in labor practices.
Job Requirements :
- 9-13 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. OSHA).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful labor compliance programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
