Senior Manager

We are seeking a suitably qualified candidate with outstanding leadership qualities and exemplary personality to fill the vacant position as a Senior Manager, in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The key role is to assist in driving the company's growth and development portfolio, collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, in charge of overall contingency planning and risk management of the Company.

Requirement:

1. Min. Professional or Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
2. Min. 10 years' proven experience in a senior management role.
3. Strong financial, operational, and risk management acumen.
4. Outstanding team management and strong strategic leadership qualities.
5. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
7. Ability to drive performance and deliver results.
8. Exposure to land and property development businesses.
9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and business etiquette.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
11. Computer literate.
12. Possesses own transport.
