Job opportunity for Senior Manager - PMS (Engineering) at Oberoi Realty Limited:
- MEP Tech lead for MEP systems
- MEP system snagging/ DE snagging and HOTO
- Maintaining HOTO tracker and equipment AMC
- Flat inspection and readiness for customer possession
- Operation maintenance and coordination with vendors for tech systems.
- Ensure all sales office smooth operations with nil downtime
- Follow up for work order and PO / making CN note and coordinate with PMS, contracts, and procurement at HO
- Oversee FM in absence / leave site manager.
