What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Red Teaming operations to identify vulnerabilities in client systems and networks.
- Conduct penetration tests using various tools such as VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) frameworks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and develop customized solutions for improving their cybersecurity posture.
- Develop reports detailing findings, recommendations, and remediation plans for clients.
Job Requirements :
- 9-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Red Teaming/Penetration Testing.
- Strong knowledge of OWASP guidelines and methodologies for conducting comprehensive security assessments.
- Proficiency in conducting both internal (blue team) and external (red team) penetration tests using various tools like Nmap, Metasploit etc.
