Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a centralised client operations model, transitioning relevant activities from regional teams.
• Identify repetitive, manual and fragmented activities and standardise, simplify and automate them.
• Work with IT and other internal teams to implement technology, workflow and automation solutions.
• Coordinate across regional teams, Finance, IT, Operations and global teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and participate in/lead QBRs and client reviews.
• Develop processes, SOPs, SLAs and governance mechanisms to ensure consistency across regions.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, turnaround time, quality and client experience.
• Proactively challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the transition of activities into the centralised model while maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships.Role & responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• 78 years of experience in operations, business transformation, process excellence, consulting, program management or client operations.
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex processes.
• A problem solver who challenges the status quo and looks for better ways of working.
• Strong understanding of process standardisation, automation and technology-led efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of building something new.
