Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities for APIs and Intermediates in regulated markets (US, EU, Japan, etc.).

• Lead Generation: Proactively generate and nurture high-value B2B leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing networks and build strong relationships with procurement and sourcing teams at generic pharma companies.

• Regulatory Alignment: Work closely with the regulatory affairs team to align product offerings with client requirements based on regulatory filings.

• Commercial Negotiations: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact and sampling to commercial negotiation, contract finalization, and post-sales support.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including USDMF, CEP, and ICH Guidelines.

• Network: An established, active network with procurement and strategic sourcing teams at global generic pharma companies.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical data sheets and regulatory documentation to hold high-level technical discussions with clients.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable traveling internationally as required
