Senior Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Drive B2B sales and corporate nominations for CSEE Executive Education programs with a specific focus on the Agri & Food sector.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with organizations across the Agri & Food value chain.
• Identify and engage with CHROs, L&D Heads, business heads, CXOs, CEOs, Government Institutions, & Industry Associations to generate continuous nominations for the executive education programs.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients and participants.
• Own the complete sales cycle prospecting, lead generation, meetings, program pitching, follow-ups, conversion, and closure.
• Generate nominations through direct sales, key account management, alumni networks, referrals, partnerships, webinars, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Achieve defined targets for corporate nominations, enrolments, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities for repeat nominations and develop key accounts into long-term institutional relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ Year of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, sales & marketing of Executive Education, Corporate Learning, Leadership Development, Consulting, Professional Services, Corporate Training, or related sectors.
