Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the overall performance of the assigned department or business function. The role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets and resources, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring that departmental objectives are aligned with the company's goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead managers and teams, drive process improvements, and ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality execution of business activities
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and address operational challenges
• Implement initiatives that improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Build a high-performing team through effective coaching, performance management, and talent development
• Develop and implement operational strategies
• Manage budgets and resources
• Monitor key performance indicators
• Ensure departmental objectives are aligned with the company's goals
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships while promoting accountability and continuous improvement

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8–10 years of relevant work experience, with significant experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Proven experience in strategic planning, people management, and operational management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, performance management, process improvement, and business development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business or management systems
• Results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite and travel when required
