The Team The Debt and Capital Lead Advisory team offers capital solutions to private equity funds, corporates, and government in the APAC region, and more widely, ranging from USD10M to USD1B, through providing services across capital structuring and debt advisory solutions at the board level.

How You Will Contribute Due to tremendous growth and demand within the region, we are looking to hire Senior Manager level candidates to cover financial structuring and capital raising advisory services across Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics etc., MBA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
• 8+ years of structured and / or leveraged financing experience in related areas, preferably at banks and buyside credit funds.
• Possess strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills.
• Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
• Good writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.
