Senior Manager

An established and growing Chartered Accounting firm in Sydney is looking to appoint a Senior Manager to support continued growth and increasing client demand.

The Opportunity:

You'll work closely with a Director, taking ownership of a quality client portfolio while providing leadership and mentoring across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Reviewing compliance and advisory work
• Supporting, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Assisting with workflow management and team performance
• Working alongside Directors on business development and practice growth initiatives

About You:

• CA qualified
• Currently working in Business Services & Tax within public practice
• Experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking for the next step
• Strong technical and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff
• Experience within a mid-tier or larger accounting firm will be highly regarded
