Senior Manager, Coder Fellows

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Coder Fellows to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will lead a team focused on technical project execution, performance management, and coaching within a fast-moving consumer technology environment. You will partner closely with project delivery and technical leaders to ensure strong operations, clear feedback loops, and consistent quality across multiple engagements. The position also requires maintaining technical credibility through hands-on review of code and pull requests while supporting career growth and team development.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of technical contributors
• Own cross-project performance management and feedback
• Review work to maintain technical credibility and quality standards
• Partner with project delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
• Coach team members through career growth and skill development
• Create effective feedback loops for project managers and technical leads

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, technical leadership, or a similar field
• Experience managing programmers or software engineers directly
• Familiarity with AI/ML development or technical content production is a plus
• Demonstrated skills in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Track record of managing people across multiple projects or teams
• Technical ability to read and discuss code and pull requests
• Strong communication, empathy, and a collaborative mindset
