Conducted compensation benchmarking and policy design aligned with market standards and business strategy.
Preferred candidate profile
8+ Years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/HR Analytics /HRMS system
Education Requirement:
- MBA (Full-time) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School preferred.
