Senior Manager - Creative Service

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Creative Services to lead creative project development, content evaluation, and talent relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in story and script evaluation, creative production, and project management, with a good understanding of audience preferences and commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate story ideas, scripts, adaptations, and original creative concepts, particularly for local-language content and the Tamil film industry.
• Work with writers, directors, producers, filmmakers, and creative agencies to develop concepts into production-ready projects.
• Manage creative projects from development through pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Build and maintain relationships with creative talent, production houses, agencies, and media partners.
• Evaluate projects based on creative quality, audience relevance, market potential, and commercial viability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Production, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, approvals, budgets, documentation, and delivery milestones.
• Lead and guide the Creative Services team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in Marketing, Media, Film, or Communications will be an advantage.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in creative development, content curation, creative production, or related fields.
• Experience in a production house, creative agency, OTT platform, broadcaster, media organization, or similar industry preferred.
• Strong experience in script evaluation, story development, and managing creative projects.
• Established relationships with writers, directors, producers, agencies, and media professionals will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
