Senior Manager, Customer AI & Analytics Product

Your new role

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for data and AI products.
• Drive the development of customer data capabilities, segmentation frameworks, tagging strategies, and AI-powered solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product specifications, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, analytics, technology, governance, legal, and compliance functions.
• Coordinate end-to-end product delivery, including UAT, release planning, deployment, and user adoption.
• Monitor product performance, user engagement, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure data and AI products meet governance, privacy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Champion the adoption of AI use cases and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
• Drive continuous enhancement of customer intelligence and business innovation initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, AI Product Delivery, Customer Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), customer segmentation, tagging frameworks, metadata management, and data governance.
• Experience translating business requirements into product roadmaps, MVPs, success metrics, and actionable delivery plans.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or workflow automation solutions is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commercially focused mindset.
• Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or similar platforms is advantageous.
