Senior Manager Data Registry

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Data Registry to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead the standardization of registry practices across a large health system and oversee the collection, management, and submission of clinical data to national registries. The position will partner closely with quality, informatics, and operational stakeholders to strengthen data integrity, identify improvement opportunities, and support quality improvement initiatives. It also includes direct leadership of registry staff and ongoing collaboration with organizational leaders to ensure compliance and effective execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization of registry practices across the health system
• Oversee the management and submission of clinical data to national registries
• Analyze registry data to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop quality improvement plans
• Manage registry staff, including hiring and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with registry protocols and patient PHI protection
• Facilitate team meetings and leadership discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• Seven years of progressive informatics-related experience
• Demonstrated knowledge in information technology or informatics
• Knowledge of data abstraction, data analysis, and research principles
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
