About the role
Mensa Group is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Data Science to join our Corporate team and lead the development of our Data Science, Data Governance, and AI capabilities across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a scalable Data Science and Analytics infrastructure across Mensa Group
- Develop and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes
- Identify business processes that can be improved or automated through Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
- Lead and develop the Data Science team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
About you
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Proven experience in building or developing Data Science / Analytics infrastructure
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, and data security principles
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI solutions in a business environment
