We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager Delivery to lead and manage Emergency Department (ED) coding operations.
Position: Senior Manager – Delivery
Experience: 12+ Years
Specialty: ED Coding
Certification: Any Coding Certification Mandatory
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ED coding operations
- Ensure SLA adherence, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets
- Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and overall delivery performance
- Handle client communication and stakeholder management
- Support audits, compliance, and quality governance
- Mentor and develop managers, team leads, and coding professionals
- Manage transitions, ramp-ups, and new implementations
