Senior Manager, DevOps

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, DevOps to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will oversee DevOps operations in support of healthcare-focused technology and service delivery. The Senior Manager will help drive reliable systems, efficient workflows, and strong cross-functional execution across technical and operational teams. This position will play an important role in improving performance, supporting business objectives, and ensuring day-to-day operational stability in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer and telephone systems to perform job functions
• Engage with clients effectively and professionally
• Monitor and manage individual performance metrics
• Support team goals and contribute to organizational objectives
• Inspect and address customer service issues promptly

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in computer and telephone usage
• Ability to handle extensive seated work
• Capacity to lift up to 10 lbs as needed
• Experience in a performance-driven environment
