Senior Manager/ DGM

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver learning programs that meet business objectives, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics-driven solutions for measuring success in HR initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on change management best practices to support organizational transformations.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong background in employee development, leadership development, learning & development, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
