Senior Manager, Digital Integration Services

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Integration Services to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will lead the day-to-day execution of integration initiatives that connect customers, vendors, and internal business teams across a logistics environment. The Senior Manager will guide project managers and technical resources to keep delivery priorities aligned, manage risks proactively, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. The position will also strengthen integration delivery practices, improve reporting discipline, and support consistent performance across EDI, API, and portal-based programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $169,990 – $254,990 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of integration projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Coordinate project managers and technical resources to align on delivery priorities
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues while ensuring stakeholder communication
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members
• Support continuous improvement of integration delivery practices and reporting metrics
• Maintain dashboards that communicate project status and throughput

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field required
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, systems integration, or a related business function required
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams in a business or technology environment required
• Experience with customer, vendor, or enterprise integration programs, including EDI, API, and portals
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and business partnership capabilities
