Senior Manager, Digital Product Development

About the role

Lead and manage a team of 15 across product delivery and product design. Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, developing and executing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Partner with technology, business, operations and other stakeholders to deliver products effectively.

• Partner with technology, business, operations and other stakeholders to deliver products effectively
• Oversee product design and ensure customer-centric solutions and experiences
• Manage priorities, resources, timelines, risks and dependencies across multiple initiatives
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing products, processes and customer experience
• Monitor product performance, market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Establish effective product development and delivery processes, governance and best practices
• Coach and develop the team while fostering a high-performance, innovative and collaborative culture

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, Design or a related discipline
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in product development, product management or product delivery
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of 10–15+ professionals
• Strong track record in end-to-end product development and delivery
• Experience working in a large, complex or matrix corporate environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Good understanding of product lifecycle, customer experience and product design
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in digital products, transformation or technology-enabled solutions is an advantage
• SPM with good grades and strong command of English
