Job Description:

1. AI Strategy & Program Ownership

• Own and drive the AI roadmap across functions: Creative, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Sales, Onboarding, and Analytics.

• Translate business problems into AI/ML/LLM-driven solutions.

• Prioritize use cases based on ROI, scalability, and feasibility.

• Drive in-house capability development vs vendor dependency.

2. AI-Driven Growth & Customer Experience

• Design and implement AI solutions to enhance the end-to-end customer journey, from discovery to conversion and retention

• Enable personalization at scale across channels based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and historical interactions

• Build intelligent systems to improve engagement, qualification, and conversion rates through contextual interactions

• Develop seamless human + AI collaboration workflows (e.g., bot-to-agent transitions) to optimize customer experience

3. Intelligent Content, Creative & Automation Systems

• Build scalable AI capabilities to generate, optimize, and manage content and creatives across formats

• Improve speed, efficiency, and consistency of content production using automation and AI-assisted workflows

• Develop systems to evaluate and enhance content effectiveness using performance data and feedback loops

• Ensure brand consistency and quality control through AI-driven governance frameworks

4. Data-Driven Marketing & Decision Intelligence

• Leverage AI to extract insights from structured and unstructured data for better marketing and growth decisions

• Build capabilities for trend identification, competitive intelligence, and opportunity discovery

• Develop predictive and proactive systems to identify performance risks and optimization opportunities

• Enable business teams with actionable insights and recommendations through intuitive AI-powered interfaces

5. AI-Led Automation, Analytics & Predictive Intelligence

• Implement AI solutions to automate operational workflows and reduce manual effort across functions

• Build intelligent systems for data validation, anomaly detection, and performance monitoring

• Develop predictive models to support decision-making across customer lifecycle, revenue growth, and risk management

Collaborate with data and engineering teams to create scalable, reusable AI/ML capabilities embedded into business processes
